Programme:

Drop in all day between 11am and 3pm for:

  • Crystal / colour therapy

  • Test your fitness

  • Family learning activities for adults and children

Drop in to these activities at the times shown:

11am – 1pm
  • Drum and dance workshop and performance by United Heritage

1pm – 3pm
  • Try out back and head massage with Sefton OPERA
  • Watch (or join in) Tai Chi with Liverpool Adult Learning Service
